On the path of Beauty, guided by Mary
A spirituality centered on Trinitarian communion, participation in the lived experience of Mary, and a liberating Christian vision of corporeality.
Who we are
A religious family born for communion
The religious Institute "Sisters of Beautiful Love", founded by Sister Nunziella Scopelliti, was canonically erected in Palermo on 8 December 1994 by Cardinal Salvatore Pappalardo, who approved its Constitutions.
Today it is present in Italy and Germany, with seven communities in six dioceses: Palermo, Catania, Zafferana (CT), Naso (ME), Messina, San Cipriano d'Aversa (CE) and Munich.
The Institute supports itself through the work of the sisters, who are engaged in church and social life, also in a variety of professional activities.
Our beginnings and our story
Our spirituality
Three fundamental points
A summary of the spirit of Beautiful Love, in the words of Sr. Nunziella.
Trinitarian communion
Respecting the cultural, national and charismatic differences of every person and group, to make more alive the unity that Jesus gave us by dying on the cross for us.
Love for Mary
Not in a devotional key, but as a sharing in her life: a "Marian" presence that humanizes places with the touch of maternal tenderness.
The body as a gift
A liberating vision of human corporeality in the light of the Incarnate Word, to live family and interpersonal relationships in the light of the Gospel.
“Guided by Mary on the way of Beauty, who can restore the sense of beauty to a world that has at times lost its taste for it.”Sr. Nunziella Scopelliti
