After the long pause due to the pandemic, this year the Point of Light meetings have resumed in person. The appointment on the second Sunday of the month has once again seen various groups of people gathering, on the same day, in our communities and in the homes of the members of the Association of the Cenacles of Beautiful Love.
The Point of Light is a text deepening a Word of the Gospel or an aspect of Christian life that Sr. Nunziella sends to everyone each month; this theme accompanies us throughout the month: each one tries to put it into practice in his or her own specific context according to what the Holy Spirit inspires. The sharing of experiences is an important moment, in which each person can give a fragment of lived life, building up the community. The unity of the theme in different cities, in Italy as in Germany, connects us in a network; people in different places can share the same journey.
The Point of Light meeting is open to people of all ages and states of life; this diversity often helps us to grasp the richness of the life of the Church, in which each member embodies his or her Christian life in distinction and in communion with all.
The return to meeting in person, truly awaited by many, was welcomed with great joy and has involved new participants. At the Motherhouse too, the easing of the pandemic and the availability of a large hall have facilitated the regular resumption of the activity.
The text of the Point of Light is published on the site every month; nevertheless, the “journey of the Point of Light” is also substantiated by communion and sharing with other people, hence the importance of meeting in person... walking with God always leads us to walk with others!
