When you, Mother,
are among us
all around us
Paradise shines.
You envelop us
with love.
Assumed into heaven,
you never abandon us;
you work among us
with Christ already risen.
Lovable presence,
light of hearts,
you bring us into yourself,
into the same Love
that always unites you
to Christ, your Son and Lord.
He shines forth
where you are,
he lives in heaven
together with you,
he finds you on earth
in our hearts
when we love him
with your own Love.
Together beat
within your heart
our hearts
in a single beat
of pure love:
the Spirit pours
into us
warmth and strength,
makes us one in Christ the Lord,
for the glory of the Father.
